new guy

howdie all
I am new to a knife forums site and am lost.
i am a stay at home grandpa that makes knives on the side.
Would like to talk with folks that know their way around.
I make fixed blade, full tang knives and i stumbled onto a method for keeping a knife in its sheath without a keeper strap and leaving the handle fully exposed.
The added extra to this system is that I can adjust the amount of tention on the knife.
drop me a shout-out

Hi Skip,

Glad to find you here. There is a wealth of information shared about knifemaking, and the tips and procedures you are offering are just what folks like to talk about.

This particular forum (the Watering Hole) is more for jokes and miscellaneous stuff. You will find some attention in the other specific forums on this site. Poke around and read for a while and then jump in again.

Glad you came. Stick around!

Coop
