All in the family

Ok! Let's post some pics of balisong groups. Just sets of balisongs that are somehow related, even if only in your mind. Same maker, same theme, whatever! Here's one to kick it off... Allen's Angels!

Jerry, those are fully open.. Due to the offset pivot and stop pins, the safe handle rotates just over 270 degrees round and the bite handle only goes around 90.

You can see some more pics and info here

These forums don't have picture uploading so you need to have the image hosted at another site. Once you have that you can simply put in your post code like this:

(IMG)http://image.hostingsite.com/my/image.jpg(/IMG)

But replace the ()'s around IMG with []'s (and obviously put the correct url for your image).

Hello Everyone!

Thanks to all for the warm welcomes to the newest addition to the ever-growing balisong community! Here's an Elishewitz trio similiar to Felix's, and one that i'd never have without his help...I'm still in aww over the Reaper Felix, just love flipping it.

And just for the hell of it, another shot of three pieces that all arrived within hours of each other yet all quite different and unique in their own way...A Larry Davidson tolonite Weehawk, a Charles Marlowe Schmitar, and a Darrel Ralph 5.5" Dragon...You guys are just amazing!

Abe, sweet pics! Glad you're flipping the T1 - are you able to do any advanced work with it? And those are sweet photo's - especially nice shot of the blades on the weehawk, scimitar and dragon!

Tony - that 5" cf scimitar is awesome. I always forget you have that.

Felix, i havn't done too too much, but i did try a couple throws the other day, and those can get hairy! Tried a a verticle to backhand grip toss and it took me i think three tries over a nice soft mattress before i had the guts to reach in there and catch it. Deffinately not much room for error, but i bet i could get comfortable with it quick with a littel practice....

...Ok, mid-sentance and i just had to go pull it out and give it a spin...I can quite comfortably do three throws including that backhand catch, and allthough it's tough to get a feel for the balance at first i can do some finger rolls, and a back hand closed to forward grip open thumb rollover. Man i love this thing! Now all i need is another to carry around with me.
