Help-how do you get off set epoxy

hi all ok so the two knifes are done and im trying to clean them up,,,,,I have a little thin epoxy on the blades,,,how do i get it off?

If there is a bead of epoxy on the blade then get a small brass rod, grind the tip into a chisel shape, and use that to pop the bead off the blade. The brass won't scratch the much harder blade steel.

If the epoxy is a smear then soak a paper towel in acetone and use that to dissolve the epoxy ....

Heat will weaken it to where it will pop off easily, but use common since.

This is one of the things that happens to a lot of knifemakers. One of the things that I have found that helps is to use alcohol pads to cleanup after I glue the handles on.
Just a thought.

That's good. White vinegar also works, or acetone. Before it sets!
