Long time listener first time caller

Hi gang
I have been using these forums for a few years now and would like to thank you all for all the help and information that I have used .I thought it was time to post a couple of picks of what I have been able to achieve with this help .

The Bird and trout knife was my first one I made ( a few years back now) and the folders I have just recently finished.
Sorry the picks are a bit poor

Very nice work! I really like the folders. You might want to consider expanding your logo so that it has enough info for people to google you ....

Thanks for the comments guy,s
Ray as to expanding my logo there would be not much to find on Googal I,m just a week end hack when I have some spare time to my self (spare time is a rare commodity ) and my portfolio would not have much to offer at the moment but I will keep it in mind and may be put some thing together when I get a few more knives out.

Pretty nice work Lee. Agree with Ray on a little extra info. Maybe just fill out your profile a bit more.
Spare time is like spare money......they don't exist! You only get what the good Lord gives you which includes talents and time.

Welcome from down under Lee. Say do you know........ (just joking).
Big place, almost took a forestry job there back in the early 70's. Move was free for me, but I couldn't scrape it up to bring the new bride with me. Things were very tight back then.
Bet the young ones keep you popping.
Hope you let us see more of your work.

Cheers Carl
You wouldn't have regretted the move out here it is definitely a lucky country great weather and safe environment .I was born in the UK and came out here when I was young , the family moved back and forth a few times so had a taste of the UK as a older lad but I wouldn't swap this place for quids.
with my boys older now, I am starting to get some of that spare time back so off to the shed I go grinder build next and onto some new knives.

I'm sure you are right. Got a bit of the prospector's blood in me as well (Granddad was a geologist/prospector). Learned to work opals and other stones a good while back. Lots of fun and adventure in the "hunt".
Hope the build goes well.
