Retirement/birthday gift

Made this for my dad. Today is his birthday and he retired today! It's Cupples 1/8" 1080, flat ground, Cocobolo Dymondwood scales with red liners and 3/32" stainless pins. Critiques are welcome! Love ya pops.

That's a nice looking knife. I like the way the handle turned out. I may have to give some of that Dymondwood a try but the last thing that I really need is more handle material.

Doug, some people don't like it. So far from what I've used its easy to work with. Sand it smooth and buff, and you're done. I try to round things off when using it so you can get the laminations to show up. If you sand it flat you can't see them.

Very well crafted! There is no greater gift then a gift that is hand crafted; the time and energy put into it make it priceless. Beautiful knife. Keeep Crafting!
