warping?
I tried the search threads and the more I read about heat treating the more concerned I became about warpage. The blade I made is of 440c and started out as an 1/8" thick with what I think is called a convex edge (you can check the blade out a few post down called "Not quiet done" . I took the finish all the way to 2000 grit to the finish I wanted (i know it will have scale afterwrds) I'll be seding the blade to Texas Knife Maker's Supply for heat treating. My question is how do you know if the blade will warp or not during heat treat? And is warpage correctable?

If the grinds on both sides of the blade are ground the same, there should not be a problem of warpage. If your blade comes back from HT with small warpage, it is correctable.
