Full tang sgian dubhs
Hello all,
Been away a while. Been working on sgian dubhs and had issues with the stick tang when I thought "Where is it written that they have to be hidden tang?" So I started working on full tang sgians. Here are the results so far. The classic black (African blackwood) With kuri - And since I have that big area peeking out of the top of the hose I started doing filework (I did it on the above to but I forgot to take a pic)- And the lastest on with brown dyed black ash burl - What do you guys think? I have one planned with walrus tusk ivory soon for a customer. jim __________________ I cook with a flair for the dramatic, and depraved indifference to calories |
