Gallery use

Is there a way to use the photo gallery and not have the pic show up in the "bar of 4" at the top of the forum main? I'd like to use my gallery to post fotos I use on threads, but they don't necessarily belong as a display atop the boards.

Thanks

Mike,

There is a way, and we'll look at the code later, but for right now, everything that gets posted will show in the index.

Thanks, Alex. I just didn't want to clutter the custom forum mainpage with funky pics of billets-in-progress and such when pretties belong there.

I'll just continue to use my fototime account to post those until such time as you get a chance to mess with the code. All in due time.

Thank you!!

Hey Cool! I have a bunch of stuff I could put there that would have Alex phoning me begging to take them off ) I'm glad about this new plan also, because right now I'm using fototime, but I don't want to renew it. My web site maintainer (The esteemed Charles "Chuck" Burrows emailed me a way to put my pictures on my website, then transfer them to the forum, but he'll need to take my little hand and guild me through it first. He spits that computer talk out like crazy, and I look in amazment at my monitor saying "wha...tha...". Glad he's on my side! Looking forward to the new picture posting format here, will be neat.

H-m-m-m, I just went to add one to my gallery and got a page that said "Sorry, Personal Albums are not enabled".

[ Edit ]
No, I'm wrong. I just had to login (at the Gallery). Which is confusing, because when I went ot the Gallery section it had the Welcome Terry Primos message which would imply that I was already logged in.

I bet I know what you're fixing to post Terry, and it's going to make me feel bad!

[off topic]

Robert, are you thinking about "the little one"? If so, no. I just posted a new Montero. The other one is on my dresser. I'm going to probably make it a one-of-a-kind. It will give me the opportunity to experiment.
