01 Heat Treating service
Can anyone recomend someone to do this for me?

Desertblade,
The guy I've used in the past and still recommend is Lee Oates. . . Lee Oates Heat-treating -Mike __________________ "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, beer in the other, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"

As long as you have to put it in the mail, I can also recommend Delbert Ealy (ealyknives.com). He is very acommodating, helpful, and his work is great. Mine had almost NO slag. He recommends finishing quite thin prior to heat treat, which is a big help also. Richard
