A couple of questions..
Howdy, I been trollin' the boards for a couple weeks and really think this is awesome. I wish the TKS catalog had come sooner so I would have known about these sights. I have finished a couple of the Darrel Ralph kits, got 2 more part way done and 1 couple more to order which brings me to my first question. One guy at work wants the DDR-2 with a white pearl type handle, is there any white pearl synthetic that is durable enough to use for a working knife? The DDR-1 I just finished had the platinum fantasy marble from Koval, great lookin' stuff, seems like it'll chip super easy. Other question, where do you want kit pics posted for the ongoing contest? Reckon that is it for now, Thanks Dan |

Dan, Welcome to the CKD! You can post those kit pics anywhere in this board. I'll move the threads later to their own area. Have you seen the new Inlace stuff from TKS? That looks like what you'd want in a synthetic. Alex |

Thanks!! Have you ever used it? I think maybe I should move to the fit & finish and ask about it there. Dan |

No, but I was next to their booth last year at Blade. The stuff looks very durable and they say it's much better than polypearl. Alex |
