Looks like just what was described - a #15 Solingen kit knife with a decent-looking handle on it.

Might be a good user in that category of knife, but too much money for me (I think I'll change my name to "chpbastid")

I don't think it's a kit knife...... I think it's a stolen blade.

It does not have the Randall Made / Orlando FLA etched logo..... only the hilt logo.

I don't think this one went through the shop.........

Randall Knife Information CD - 15th catalog, 1962, catalog insert, as shown on the bottom right hand corner of page set 17, shows similar blade w/same markings. I believe these were sold into 1964 - no kit markings or RMK etched logo present...
