Butcher Set
Hey Guys, Just thought that I would share a set that I just finished for my brother who is a butcher. The set consists of a 8/10/12" blades all of 5/16ths 1095. They have all been HT'ed/tempered to 55Rc for ease of constant re-sharpening. The handles are all Goncalo Alves. The pins on the 12" are solid 5/16ths SS pins. Since they add a bit of weight I went with 7/32 brass tubing on the 8/10"ers. Thanks For Looking Mark
