Another for David Peterson -- Great Experience
I thought I would post this, due to the extremely good service David has given me. I have ordered a few sets from David through the classifieds here, and am gearing up for a major endevor. Anyway, I wanted 14 sets of matched scales, had a few types of wood in mind and contacted David. Settled on Redwood Burl for this project. David went above and beyond getting me what I needed for this project, showed up in the mail today.
Anyway, I couldn't recommend him higher, I am thrilled with the Redwood (and the cypress burl, and the chitam burl, and .....). --Carl __________________ --Carl N-T Porkin' Pig Price ?? KN Auctions to help a member in need and score a GREAT deal! ?? |

Yeah, I love the flame look to the burl in the cypress, that's why I can't stop buying it.
When you think he pulled together 14 sets of redwood burl for me, all stabalized and stunning. He really went above and beyond. --Carl __________________ --Carl N-T Porkin' Pig Price ?? KN Auctions to help a member in need and score a GREAT deal! ?? |

I 've got a lot of wood from David. I just can't wait until I can make a knife worthy to put it on!
Still, I can't quit buying it! __________________ Andy Garrett https://www.facebook.com/GarrettKnives?ref=hl Charter Member - Kansas Custom Knifemaker's Association www.kansasknives.org "Drawing your knife from its sheath and using it in the presence of others should be an event complete with oos, ahhs, and questions." |
