10" contact wheels?
Anyone know of a place with inexpensive 10" contact wheels? I heard the Grizzly wheel is $60, but also heard they have lots of defects. Any others out there? What about using rubber covered casters? Are there any suppliers around? I've looked for 2 days, and only found 10" wheels for around $200. Seems expensive for a piece of round aluminum with rubber on it . Thanks.

I've been using the 10" wheel on my grizzly for a couple years now, no problems.
If you do get a bad one Grizzly will pay for return shipping and either balance it out or send a new wheel. That happened with the original 8" wheel that can with the machine and they took proper care of me on redoing it. Good Luck! Dave |

Try Contact Rubber Corp. . I don't think you'll find one for $60 there but they do have quality stuff. I bought mine from Trugrit when I bought my Hard Core a few years ago. Check with them as well but they are probably in the 200 dollar range as you have found.

That's good to know that Grizzly is so good with customer support. I'm going to put my order in this week, and try out the 10" wheel. Thanks for the input.
