Angry grizzly 2x72 tracking problem

I have a grizzly 2x72 tracking issue. The tracking knob and belt are not co-operating. I have the tension tight enough, I have tried belt dressing on 10'wheel rubber hoping it would keep the belt centered, tried electrical tape on top alum. wheel center, I do have both wheels aligned vertically, changed from old to new belts but, still sways left and right upon touching belt to grind steel blade, aggravating frustrating. I puchased it new in box for $295.00 went to pick up in san antonio, texas since, I live 240 miles south of SA. I can't afford a KMG, Bader, or others so, will make the best of what I got but, need your help gentlemen. I would appreciate your info. thanks, Rey in Mission, Texas:
