The "Antelope"

Just finished this one last week and delivered yesterday. 1/8" 1095, black fiber liners, 1/8" brass pins, and a beautiful piece of Birdseye Maple finished with 6 coats of oil. (and a little stain to make the figure pop) It's just like my "Whitetail" except with a trailing point as opposed to a drop point. I really like this knife and my first O-1 prototype is this knife, which I'm building for myself. It will have K&G stabilized claro walnut, a lanyard tube and black and white liners. I'll post a picture of it when it is finished.
Thanks for looking.

Wild figure on the scales. Love how you brought out the figure just a tad. Your customer should love it.

It's a beautiful knife. Nice lines and wonderful handles. Needs a beautiful sheath to accent that handle and those lines. If it were mine I wouldn't know whether to go dark or light on the sheath color, but don't make it too fancy, the knife already does that.

With every custom knife I build I try to accomplish three things. I want that knife to look so good you just have to pick it up, feel so good in your hand you can't wait to try it, and once you use it, you never want to put it down !
If I capture those three factors in each knife I build, I am assured the knife will become a piece that is used and treasured by its owner!
