Delta 5 Spear and Chute knives
Are these two models double edged? Looks like they could be, but it's not mentioned in the description. Or are they a false edge that could be sharpened? Would love to see any pics of finished Delta 5 models you guys have done.

Both are double grind models with unsharpened false edges on top.
