Another try at a kitchen knife
I was trying for a couple things on this one. The handle and the grind and sharpness of the knife. Handle is ok. Screwed up some measurement course the blade is slightly off center. Think I will try a different technique next. Grind is better then the last one. I’m not use to a kitchen knife that is 1/8”. I may try a distal grind on the next one. That should be interesting. Knife #5.

Now that looks nicer. Nice edge and grind. Handle spaced right with really good spacers' I forgot to ask what's made from?

Thank you. It’s 1095 with buffalo horn spacer, Blackwood and olive for the handle. Thanks for taking a look and the feedback. I appreciate any advice.
