KNet Classified Feedback?

The FAQ for the Knet Classifieds states:
Quote:
We require that all sellers on this system maintain a positive feedback from our buying members in order to sell on our system. To ensure this, we have provided a special forum board which is designed for our users to submit their feedback on their personal experiences in dealing with our selling members.
Where is this feedback forum located? I can't seem to find it.

Thanks, Shakudo. I did stumble across that forum in my search but it didn't seem to be a true feedback forum (in the eBay sense) so I wondered if I was missing the 'real' forum somewhere else.

From the activity in the Trade Report forum I can deduce one of two things: Either the KNet classifieds aren't very productive, or feedback isn't required after every purchase. I hope it's the latter.

i'm not sure what you consider ebay's feedback system, it is a joke. blackmail is used at every turn. powersellers who sell fakes and counterfit items routinely scare buyers into posting good feedback so other potential bidders will see a good feedback and bid on their items. flaming a person in the trade report area is not allowed ,but reporting probelms with a sale ,goods ,etc . can save people money and trouble. the trade report is a bit under utilized like many other forums here.

On the infrequent occasions when I've used eBay, I've routinely ignored feedback from "power sellers" but considered it a polite obligation for others. When the service or merchandise is exceptional (good or bad), it's helpful to others to let them know.

The portion of the KNet classifieds FAQ that I quoted led me to believe feedback of either kind was encouraged here, too, for the same reason.
