Warranting your knives

What sort of warrantee(s) do you offer with custom knives? If you include a written warrantee with each sale, how should it worded; how long is the warrantee for and under what conditions would the warrantee be void?

Thanks, James.

Your warrantee is more generous than mine. I guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials for ninety days. I haven't had one come back yet but, even if it were past the ninety days, I'd probably make it right.

Like you, I include language about voiding the warrantee in cases of abuse, and also "hold harmless" language in cases of injury (accidental or otherwise) or damage to persons and property. Knives can be used as weapons, after all.
