I have a DeWalt palm sander that would be perfect for this, but my wife has threatened to skullbone me if I alter it. She uses it once in a bluemoon.

Richard, jump on over to Wal-Mart, and get one of the 1/4 sheet cheapies. I believe that's what Bruce used when he originally wrote this. I think they were running $15.00 at the time.

Yep thats the sander I am using.It has paid for itself in saved time in just a couple of months after buying it.
