Question Please help me identify this...

This knife was passed on down to me by my Grandmother. It was her husband's, my Grandfather, who remained in Europe, and during WWII she brought it over with her. Thanx!!!

It appeaqrs to be a fruit knife. I will chech my books later and see if I can find anything else.
