New beginner here

Just retired and looking for additional hobbies, and the first thing I came up with that leads me here is a strange knife that I got at a yard sale.
It says on the blade, Heritage Cuisine Knife, and looks sort of like half of a rocker pizza knife. Handle is at one end, with a hole thru the blade that you put your fingers thru.Front half is curved, back half was flat, and I curved the back half to make it more like a rocker. Also radiused some sharp corners. The knife is not sharp, doesn't need to be for pizza cutting. It is perfect for cutting pizza in the standard home sized 16" pan. Well, it could be a bit longer, is 13" as is, but most pizzas are 12" and under anyway. Only identifying marks are "heritage cuisine knife" and some patent numbers. The Heritage Cutlery on-line does not respond to my email, and it appears they only make scissors.
Anybody got any info on the company that may have made it?
And how do I post a pic?

Bill, you might want to try here.

It's Bernard Levine's Knife Collecting, and Identification forum.
That's all they do there is ID knives.
Good luck.

Welcome to CKD!

if I can buy some and modify them, that is the way to go for now.
if not, I know someone with a CNC water jet cutting machine and another guy with various grinding machinery and we will just make some....
