First Commissioned Sheath

Hi Everyone

I finished this recently for a gentleman that had seen one of my other sheaths on an Outdoorsman site. I found it to be a whole new experience when someone is paying you for your product. This one is done to the best of my ability at this time.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice and clean Brett! Love your stitching and attention to detail. First thing somebody sees when they get the knife out. Many makers skimp on their sheath. A few questions if you don't mind, so maybe I can get to your level someday:

1. How do you burnish your edges?
2. Do you groove both sides of the sheath for the stitches?
3. Do you use color matching thread and what brand/weight is it? Stitch after dyeing orthe other way?
4. How did you do the top edge where the opening is? Little line about 1/8" below top.
5. Can you post a pic of backside?

Much thanks!

(This should always be the case with craftsmen and it will show up in the work/product)
