I'm gone for a few days and LOOK!.....Cool things happen!!

Hi Everyone!

I just return from the Northwest Hammer-In, and come home to find that the new KNIFE NETWORK is up, running, and looking great! I'll have to take some time to check out all the new, cool stuff that Alex has worked so hard to provide for us.

The Hammer-In was great. Michael Bell did a Katana, to include applying the clay and hardening.........what a talented guy! I concentrated mostly on Damascus, and rather than having a set agenda, I went with what those attending wanted to see........I thought it went very well. About the only complaint I have is that L-O-N-G drive. I sure wish someone would perfect a transporter like they have on Star Trek, or something like that. It would be super if we could arrive back home without feeling like a wooped dog.

I'm looking forward to figuring out all the neat features that go along with the new sight....so if you figure stuff out, put a post up about it to help those of us who are "technically challenged!"

Hey Ed,
Sounds like you had a good time. Glad to hear you made it there and back in one piece.
Looks like Alex outdid himself on this site, lots of goodies!

Jon
