Hitachi super steel

Does anyone have any information on this steel. I had a chemical anaylisis of some steel I have and it came back as this. I would like to get some HT info. The chemical anaylisis is high Carbon (1.24%), Vadinum (3.40%), and Chromium (4+% out of range).

Thanks for any help.
Steve
