A Warning!

I have been getting a lot of emails in the last week, which obviously have virus files attached. They have been coming from address I know and ones I don't. I work in the IT industry and recognize these very easily, but I would like to remind everyone that if you don't know the sender or the email has an attachment on it, delete is and empty your deleted items folder. Even if it is from someone you know, if you are even remotely suspicious, kill it. You can always send them a note and ask them if they sent you an email.

Yeah, that's the "Sircam virus", or more accurately "W32.Sircam.Worm@mm". It's a booger.

I had it hit my computer and it has taken a week and I still haven't got my computer back tp working correctly.I have recieved it more than once since I got it the first time but I learned my lesson the first time and don't open them and I will kill anything that comes in that even looks close to it.I think I need to pay more attention to the warnings. The bad thing about this is that I didn't get the warning until I got the email back on line that same day,Now I have done something and can't get my emails back on line,I hope to have that problem corrected today.
Boy do I wish I could find the guy that started this and stick him under the power hammer and see if I could make him believe that I was really PISSED off about it.
