braiding wood knife handles
I'm looking for information and tutorials on carving a braid pattern into wooden knife handles. Didn't find anything using the search function. I've done celtic knot carving on a flat surface (one side of a skean dhu) that turned out nice, but I'm trying to learn to carve at least a three-strand braid around a knife handle, or at least in panels on each side. Any help would be appreciated.
