Buying auto's in Pennsylvania to start a collection
Can anyone direct me to a dealear (Retail) in Pa. where I can purchase an Aotomatic to start a collection.
I understand the federal law prohibating interstat commerce of these products(Can Not ship accrose state lines) and the Pa law, can only posses as a curio or for collection and not allowed to carey or make for interstate commerce.
