Author's kitchen knife
Hello, friends!
I'm Anton. I am from Russia and represent a group of blacksmiths. Experience of blacksmithing more than 15 years. We produce knives, blades and axes of different designs and functionality. Now I want to introduce you to the kitchen knife, which won a prize at the last exhibition of knives in Moscow at the end of 2018. These knives have received a lot of positive feedback on working with them, both from ordinary users and from professional chefs of our capital. Characteristics of the knife: - knife overall length (mm): 310 - knife blade length (mm): 180 - knife width (mm): 40 max - a thickness of a butt klinka (mm): 2 - hardness (hrc): 58-60 - the composition of the blade: center - 9KHS (tool alloy steel), lining - U10 (carbon steel), 79NM (magnetically soft precision alloy), Monel (alloy of Nickel and copper) - material used: mokume, stabilized Karelian birch |
