Nice Rob, looks like a real workhorse with a little bling.

I was going to guess micro grinder Ray, but they are awful precise and even.
I did grind/shape a soldering iron tip for wood and a stainless steel stamp for leather, but nothing that would work that clean on synthetic bone. Come on Rob, fess up!

Since I have looked at a lot of Rob's other work, Ricky, I'd say forged finish for the most part. He's pretty fair with a hammer. As thin as that stock is along the spine, most likely just worked with a flatter/finishing hammer and used precise controlled hits. Either way it finished nicely.
