That looks like a Burgmaster 0B. Sweet machine. You can set up all of your most-commonly used bits and then some. I had one at the shop I worked. Beware, they are obsolete and if you can pick up a spare for parts you will be gtg. Its is also not a machine you want to "horse" or strong-arm any bores with. Its not delicate, but it will break if not used respectfully.
