Texas Knife Supply sell one also that is very similar to the one you posted. I think theirs is in the range of Pop's as well.
I just made one the other day out of 2" square tubing and some 3/8" bolts for tensioners and a few pieces of red oak. Haven't used it yet, but looking at some, thought, "man, I need one of those.....what for I don't know, but I need one..."
