They are around, and just like me, don't spend all day in the forums. I know for a fact there is a waiting period before new registrants can post and they still slip in - some months after registering! Look at the top right corner of your post to the right of the post count. There you will find a red triangle icon. If you, and every one who thinks a post is spam or porn or whatever were to click on that icon and report the post as spam or porn.. then the administrators and moderators get an 'early notice' vs. finding it for themselves. And, by the way, there is a time delay between reporting it and when it goes away, but they will act upon it and it will be resolved.
