Question UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS for Posting a SINGLE IMAGE with your post!

Hello all!

Here are two different ways to post your image:

A): Here are a simple set of instructions for posting a single image as an attachment from your computer with your post. However, please note that the Knife Network has a maximum limit of 5.0 MB for all of your attachments. Once you reach your limit, you will have to delete images to make more room, or you will not be able to post any more attachments.

1. Write the post to your satisfaction, including all smilie icons.
2. Click Manage Attachments. (The button located below the text window). A new window will open. You can browse for your image here.

Please note: You will also see in the bottom of the window the limit of the size of the attachment that you can post according to its type.

3. Browse for the image in your computer file.

4. Click Upload.

5. Click Preview post (image will not appear) and edit if necessary.

6. Click Submit... and your image will appear at the bottom of your post.

Please remember that the Knife Network has a maximum limit of 5.0 MB on the amount of attachments you can post.

Note: You can also upload an attachment from a URL in this window if you choose, but it will count towards your limit. See B) below for unlimited URL sharing.

B): You can also post an image from a photo hosting website. This method is highly recommended, as there is no limit on the total number of photos you can share.

1. Click on the Yellow square (insert image) button, just above the window where you type your pos. A small window will appear where you can paste the URL of your image from the hosting site.

2. Preview your post and the image should appear.

3. Click Submit... and your image will appear at the bottom of your post.

4. As noted above: You can also upload an attachment from a URL in the window if you choose, using the Manage Attachments button.

GOOD LUCK to everyone!

We look forward to seeing your pictures!

David
