I have several full narrow tang knives for which I seek handles like those of Cold Steel's Master Hunter and SRK.
1. Who installs drive-on or injection molded handles on third-party blades?
2. If this process is not available, from whom may I purchase drive-on handles to assemble handle to blade myself?
