The closest Tandy moved a couple years ago and I finally got a chance to go visit recently. They went from a tiny, narrow store to a much better sized one, but I think they have the same amount of merchandise (or maybe less). It was a weird feeling to see things spread out. The 3 tiered pricing bit was completely out of control. I suspect they lost some business because of that.
