Inside the I-285 perimeter, but as Atlanta traffic goes that's all it takes to block half the city access and leave the other half wishing they lived somewhere else. It has caused jams all the way back up into Marietta because a lot of folks panicked and plugged up the alternate routes.
Hopefully things will "sort out" before the Show. I'll be testing it out a few times before then by necessity so should know more before those dates.
I have always preferred going the opposite way.....to NC or TN and opt to go through Atlanta around 3 am when I can.
