That is exactly what I did. I ground it about 3/4 of the way up the blade, it turned out nice. I wish I would have snapped some pics. It wasn't even for sale. I had a guy gone in my shop, he picked it up, swung it around a bit, then asked me how much. I joking said $100, he plopped down a Benjamin, and left. CRAZY. My plan was to use it as my EDC and test it out. I had cut a bunch of cardboard and whittled some wood down with it after the regrind. Oh well, I used the money to buy more steel.
