Mike & Frank, As far as the Etch goes, I just used Ferric Chloride (from Radio Shack). That blade was put in a mix of 4:1 Distilled water and Ferric Chloride. Left in for about 5 min then brought out and hand sanded with 1200 grit. I did that probably 3 times. The third time I think I left it in a little longer.

I did another blade shortly after that ill post later that I made the mix more like 35% Ferric Chloride 65% Distilled water and etched for about 20 min. Sanded and put in for another 5 min then sanded. I really like the way it turned out.

Frank: These two blade were taken to a 400 grit finish then Bead Blasted. They were meant to be Bead Blast finished till I changed my mind and went with the Etch. This etching is a lot of fun and definatelly needs lots of experimenting to get what you like.
