I just completed a DDR3-BL a couple of days ago. I purchased the partially serrated blade and it had the hole. It was ordered on Jan 8, 09. I wonder if my blade was some old stock.
I was going to order several more of these knives.... I think I'll wait until Jonathan or someone from CKK chimes in before I do.
