It's a little hard for me to tell from the pictures, but I would regrind the blade starting at the grind termination up to the point on the blade where the edge thickness is where you want it. You need to be extremely careful and patient with this. As soon as you get the edge thickness (more or less) uniform along the entire length of the blade, regrind the entire hollow grind with finer grit belts. The intent here is to blend all of your grind passes together and make it look like one uniform grind. Bright light is your friend when inspecting your grinds and it will quickly reveal where corrections need to be made. Hope that helps!
