I for one pack light for Blade as I only have 1 table for that show, most shows I have several but Blade cost a bit more.
I will send my videos and a few of my knives to the hotel where I am staying a day or two ahead of time.
That way I know they are already there and I just need to get myself there.
You can use a small cart to carry it all in, set up is easy enough.
Table covers for night, business cards...basics for the show, and if you need electricity you must tell them in advance.(extra)
