KITH - Knife in the hat
Basically if you decide to join in , you make whatever it is this time ( arrowhead).
The administrator of the KITH randomly picks who gets whose arrowhead and we all end up with someone elses.
There is a great thread if you do the search on the whole philosophy behind it but it comes down to we all do our best and understand that whoevers knife (or in this case arrowhead) you get did their best as well.
