Just a correction on the math.
SFPM = (circumference of drive wheel in inches)/12 * RPM
or
SFPM = (circumference of drive wheel in feet) * RPM
Circumference is:
C = pi*r^2
Which is why a 4" wheel works so well for your speed, since a 4" wheel has a circumference of about 12.57". That works out to about 3770 SFPM.
