Hey frank ,
I'm going to attempted my first knife out of stainless steel , because what I hear about it is that its a pretty novice steel and easier to work with than others , is this true and if not what would you recommend ,. Also should I heat treat the stainless .. or do you think I should go right for the 1095 , I like Andy garrets thoughts on heat treating the steel ...nice and dumbed down for a rookie like myself...
